It is hard to read this story without drawing the obvious comparison to Mengele, but the comparison is inevitable. Dr. David Southall performed medical experiments on children by giving them poison gases and carbon monoxide. He falsely accused parents of child abuse, had the children named wards of the state, and performed dangerous experiments.
